From her very first apartment to her current residence, Elizabeth Nimni has always enjoyed turning a house into a home through home decorating and interior design.
Fusing personality into her home is a major passion of Nimni’s. In particular, she enjoys taking a DIY approach by decorating her home with art projects she completes with her children.
Needlepoint
Elizabeth Nimni’s home decorating goes beyond adorning her front door with a wreath at Christmas time. With the help of her two children, she enjoys creating art projects that welcome the seasons. Each season, Nimni and her family create beautiful needlepoint designs that represent the weather and holidays ahead. Therapeutic in nature, she enjoys the intricate details that go into her needlepoint projects. During the holiday season, Nimni hopes to donate her needlepoint art to Venice Family Clinic Art Walk & Auction. In her view, needlepoint projects are a fantastic way to add color and personality to any home.
Interior Design
From minimalist designs to full-blown themes, Elizabeth Nimni enjoys dabbling with interior design. Although her projects have predominantly been in her own home, she has recently become interested in lending her services to friends and neighbors on a freelance basis. Fusing personality into a living space is something Nimni has always been passionate about. In the past, she has helped family members map out designs for their new homes. Whether someone is looking to give their home an antiquated touch or a modern, minimalist design, Elizabeth Nimni is happy to help!
Elizabeth Nimni’s most recent home design project is centered in her home’s guest room. Favoring a minimalist design, Nimni’s current project focuses on organization. When welcoming a friend or family member to visit her home, she hopes to make their stay as comfortable as possible. Her guest room’s design is minimalist in nature to inspire feelings of comfort and relaxation. She also hopes to infuse the space with a personal touch by designing the walls with some of her favorite needlepoint projects and beautiful framed butterflies.
