Homeboy facilities various anger management, domestic violence prevention and substance abuse help programs. The organization also helps its participants as they work to mend and repair their family relationships by providing them with parenting advice and a variety of other interpersonal lessons.

As a volunteer, Elizabeth Nimni opens her door, and heart, to animals saved by Lovebugs Rescue. A lifelong animal lover, Nimni is passionate about fostering pets in need of temporary placement. She is also a proud supporter of Lovebugs Rescue’s many programs, including educational events that teach young children the value in rescuing animals.
